Before starting the machine, you should test the machine for about a minute to see if the table saw is running normally.
4. Check the direction of rotation of the saw blade to ensure that the direction of rotation of the saw is correct.
5. Check whether there are wrenches, bolts and other debris on the table, and ensure that the table is clean before operation.
6. Check whether the pad is loose or deformed during positioning, and whether the positioning plate is fixed correctly.
7. After confirming that everything is correct, open the valve and prepare for work.
When cutting:
1. After the saw blade reaches the rated speed, the workpiece can be released for cutting. It is forbidden to release heavy objects or apply excessive pressure to the workbench to avoid deformation of the workbench and affect the processing accuracy.
2. When the machine tool is abnormal, the power supply should be cut off immediately, any operation should be stopped, and a special person should be sent for maintenance and adjustment.
3. The equipment must be operated under the condition that the circular saw blade has a protective cover. When feeding, the wood must be firmly attached to the table and the board, and the hands must be kept away from the saw blade to avoid accidents.
4. For the workpiece, check whether there are iron nails, sand and other debris at the cutting point to prevent iron nails and other debris from flying into the saw blade, causing the saw blade to break or be damaged.
5. When the saw line deviates, correct it gradually and do not use too much force to avoid breaking the saw blade.
6. The operator shall not operate the machine in the direction of the centrifugal force of the rotating circular saw blade, and the arm shall not cross the saw blade.
After cutting:
1. Cut off the power supply, remove the dust on the machine, clean the residual materials, and add lubricating oil to each component.
2. Wipe the track and wheels to keep them clean.
3. Leave only after the machine stops completely.
